My husband and I work as a team for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast advantage. We are top producers with our company and bringing knowledge and experience to our clients. Joe is also a licensed residential appraiser of 30 plus years. We are both licensed in GA and NC, and I am also licensed in FL. We are originally from Atlanta. We started visiting the NC coast years ago and purchased investment property. A few years ago we decided to stop sharing our time between both states and made NC our official home and work full time as Broker Realtors. Joe and I work the Carolina Coast , Brunswick, Onslow, Pender and New Hanover Counties. We are highly respected in our field.

I have a long history in the medical profession in Atlanta as first assistant to my surgeon. You learn many life skills taking care of patients both on the front and back end of surgery. I wish every real estate transaction we have ever done was as pleasant and stress free as the experience we had with Susan Forrester. She guided us through every step, and almost answered our questions before we even asked them. She was easy to contact when needed, made arrangements for us to see properties of interest during our short visit, including an extra excursion to the offsite amenities for the community.
